Was very unprofessional, The receptionist was very rude and impolite there was an issue with my birthday on my Medicaid card and they made a big deal about it I told them I would get it and bring it up there and asked for appointment and they told me they were so booked up that they would not be able to get me in as if they didn’t want me as a customer I felt like I was being bullied I don’t know if it was my size or what but I felt like they belittled me...

I moved and needed a new eye doctor who took my insurance. They were very helpful, and walking in as a new patient was extremely easy; I only had to fill out one form and provide my ID and insurance card. They said usually they get booked up fast, but had an opening and had me in for an exam the next day!! Which is great because my current glasses are all covered in tape, lol. The doctor was great, and responded kindly to all of my answers and questions, and even explained that my frequent headaches were probably because my prescription changed so much without me even having to mention it first! The copay wasn't obnoxiously high either, though I know insurance largely controls that... Currently waiting on my new glasses! 😎🤓

On numerous occasions the staff has gone above and beyond the expectations of my family! The genuine care they gave my father with advanced Parkinson's Disease was simply amazing! Dr. Dolan is a total professional and a joy to interact with!

Wife goes there for eye exam, Dr is good, front office staff act like our business is not welcomed. I advise find other offices.
