Horrible customer service from the receptionist and Dr. The contacts that I finally received from them months ago, ripped immediately in the case and inside my eye. I contacted the office several times, left messages. went back in to the office and no response. Today I go into the office and the receptionist looked me in my face and said we did return your call. Then Dr. Blum just so happened to walk out to tell me that it’s probably my nails...really. I just started getting my nails done 3 weeks ago. I do think I get it, maybe you didn’t make enough money from my insurance company so I don’t matter. Very very unprofessional service.

Best optometrists I've ever run across. They really know their stuff, and take the time to answer questions. I had a retinal bleed that required surgery, they did the followup monitoring and caught an early-onset cataract (a complication of the surgery). I had femtolaser cataract surgery in both eyes and went from -7.5 diopters to 20/15 in one eye and 20/20 in the other uncorrected. In the post-op checkup, even though the vision was good, they took the time to work out the final tiny tweaks that, with a pair of glasses, will get me sub-20/15 in both eyes.

Very unprofessional staff. Always trying to rush patients and appointment with the doctor won’t even last more than 2 minutes after a 2 hour wait time. Doctor wont even introduce their name or tell you what the problem is. Not recommended

Good service and selection. They only offer glasses with anti-glare. This style of glasses always smudges really easy and requires you to carry a special cleaning cloth that really only does an okay job. Really frustrating that they have made this decision. Have tried multiple pairs and they all have this issue. Borders on 3 stars almost for this reason.

I got great treatment there. She is respectful and does her best to take care of her patients.

Very customer oriented. Knowledgeable about eyewear, what works with progressive lenses and what does not, computer screen glare protection. Well worth my drive from Santa Paula to Thousand Oaks.
