Dr. Loven and his staff are always very nice and helpful. They're also efficient so you're not sitting and waiting for your appointment or I haven't any of the three times I've been there.

They are so nice and friendly too! They helped my daughter and I understand more about her vision! They taught her how to put on her contacts and it really helped! You should really go to this place to check your eye vision! :D

It's a clinic with a modest atmosphere, but a great team. The wait can be up to an hour. But when you're seen, they give you all the time you need. The technicians who perform the tests treat you like a friend. Dr. Walls is more than just an excellent professional; he's simply wonderful, meticulous, explains everything, and offers advice.

Very pleased with my exam and referral for detailed eye exam by my eye surgeon. Spent nearly an hour with me.

Dr. Harkins was professional and met with me more than once due to my concerns. I had a little more difficult cataract surgery due to having RK and Lasik in my past on the same eye. He put in a new toric multi-focal lens. I am so happy with the outcome and my new vision. Can't wait to have the other eye done by Dr. Harkins.

Everyone is very friendly and take time to answer any questions you may have. And they are very thorough with their exams. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had my first appointment yesterday with Dr. Lamers and thoroughly enjoyed meeting him and the entire staff. I love the fact that this is a SMALL clinic without a crowded waiting room. I dread eye appointments but the entire Jensen Eye Clinic staff worked to put me at ease, explain everything and make it as pleasant as possible. The optician listened to what I wanted in frames and promptly found three possible frames that met my criteria. Dr. Lamers explained his philosophy of 20/happy, meaning if I don't feel ready for cataract surgery, he's good with that. I recommend this clinic, even though it is a bit out of the way for me (I live in Ada County).

Had a good experience getting my eyes looked at and my prescription created so that i could get some new eye glasses. What is not ao good is that i got a bill in the mail for a service i did not request. I called the number on the bill and was told that i had to call another store to talk to the office manager. This is bad customer service. Also with a business phone system they should be able to transfer calls. Either that or they can and the woman i spoke to did not k ow how or was too lazy to do that.
