Very pleased with Dr. Harkins, however, the clinic does not know the meaning of Customer Service. Was told I had and appointment for cataract surgery and when I called to confirm the appointment I was told I did not have an appointment and advised someone would call me. Never received the call. Had to cancel appointment for eye measurement due to illness. I was rescheduled for that appointment but no one said the surgery could not be done within two days prior. Made several inquiries and was told each time someone would call me. Called the office again today and could not be sent to Dr, Harkins off due to meeting. Front desk staff finally confirmed I did not have an appointment for surgery. I have grown tired of all the run around,s so I canceled the appointment and will seek another ophthalmologist to review the situation and proceed from there. Very very disappointed with the clinic overall and will certainly not recommend any one to use this clinic.

The doctor, technicians and all the staffs were respective,helpful and answer my questions.The doctor Manzur help me to dismiss the dryness on my eyes. I want to say thanks.

Dr Conklin has performed surgery on both my wife and myself. He is an excellent, straight forward doctor. His wait time for his visits can be long, that is because he is all about the patient, and the quality of trusted care is well worth the wait times!

Dr McDonald is the absolute best! I travel 45 minutes to go to the Newark office just because of the trust I have in her! The office is very clean and everyone who works at Wise is professional and friendly. I strongly recommend this place!
