I'm going through some sight issues and I've had to come in 3 time... 2 time to see the doctor and once for a test. Testing was quick but the doctor take or makes you wait at least an hour... They are always running late. I have had my appointment early in the morning and later in the day... No difference. For the amount they charge you and your insurance, go somewhere else that values your time as much as your $$$

I so enjoy going to See NC Eyecare each year. they are always so willing to work with me when I set my appointment. I receive good service when I get there for my appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have been going here for years and I really enjoy being a patient and also being a friend to these people. They are like family in the way they treat you to be sure everything is done right.

Doctor's service is good, but the wait to be seen by the technician and doctor at over 2 hours from appointment time is excessive; not good at all.

Very fast, professional service with the experience and knowledge that I would expect. One of the better optometrist here that I have been to. It's never too busy here and there for I have never had to wait for service. Walk-ins are possible and I was seen immediately after arriving for my first meeting without having an appointment. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area, being a new customer or first time checkup or exam. Children should have an easy first time experience as well, as far as I could imagine, as the service members here seem very friendly and welcoming. There is a large, clean waiting area and a large selection of products and other services to view. Located in a shopping center with ample parking at all times of the day.

I have tried time after time to simply cancel an appointment for 10/2018 @10:30am. Have tried yesterday till I stopped. Try again today: no luck. No one answers the phone and being put on hold for 15 min time after time is ridiculous. Doesn’t this Office have an EMAIL??

Dr. Baalhaness struck me as an excellent doctor, and I'm happy to be back. The optometrist, Dr. Livan, and the assistants at 250 Lejune were also very good.
