I have gone here for over 25 years to this practice. I just recently had enough and changed to a new practice. Why you ask? Because I went to the doctor in tears having anxiety attack’s again. I asked him to please read my chart. I have been on meds before for my OCD and under stress and it’s getting worse again. Mind you, I have been off meds for 10 years. He told me - wait for it...... I don’t know you well enough. I will give you a referral to the phsych clinic on DeKalb st. I knew then after over 25 years it was time to move on. They don’t care today. They don’t even know you today. They are scared to death to prescribe anything.

Called them for my dad. Talked to the associate for Dr. Padmanaman for a refill. The most useless person I have come across. He promised that the prescription will be refilled in an hour. So I waited for 3 hrs to Goto the pharmacy that is 20 miles from where I was, and was told that there is no Rx. It’s friday at 4:30 and they are not picking up the phone. (Even though they are supposed to close at 5:00). Now my dad will be without medication for the rest of the weekend. Would have given them zero if this system allowed.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY EYES! I'm completely serious. The doctor made my eyes much worse and went through the worst pain and inflammation in my life. I cannot speak for other issues, but for my dry eye issue, he did not preform any necessary tests, he went off observation through a microscope only and kept giving me things to "try", which eventually led to my pain. My regular eye doctor did more for my dry eyes than he did and he was a specialist. I will never go back here and wanted to warn others. I've had issues with doctors in other specialties here as well, so I will never go back to U of M.

My mother was referred by her primary doctor and she did not like DO Dennis J. Reiter at all. She states that customer service all around was horrible. My mother is 60+ and had never seeing her complain about anyone like she did this time.

My doctor, Joshua Pasol is amazing! He is very attentive and tries his best to help! He made sure I got the surgery I needed very quickly! The wait times here are a little long but it’s worth it. Plus they have great free hot chocolate and coffee while you wait. Everyone is extremely nice and professional here.

Sitting here with my special needs child as we speak. Had an appointment for 11am just witness 4 people walk right out the door. Very slow service even with appointment I'm just glad this is on a annual basis. I will never come back here again never. Staff just looks depressed and eager to not help at all. It's almost as if they love to see you suffer if you have newborns or small children please avoid this place. Be prepared to camp out.
