This is a great vision center! I have been a customer for more than 10 years. I have never been disappointed with the professional and courteous service I have received. Scott is an excellent professional! I have tried other Costco eye centers in other cities- they can't compare with the Ashley Town Center Costco. Bravo!

The wait time was a little excessive, however I think it was worth it. I received great care from Dr. Chee and Dr. Saraf. They were very thorough and helpful.

Have been a satisfied patient for 17 years. I have a complex situation with glaucoma. I have seen Dr Heuer and Dr Barnett as well as a few of the other doctors at the Eye Institute since 2002. They have done wonders to control my eyesight …

Absolutely love this place.

Save yourself! Do not use Sanford optical. Was advised by One of their employees to have an eye exam because they didn’t save my 2018 prescription from when I purchased materials in 2018 from sanford... being I was out of contacts I elected to have an exam in order to get more... was then slapped with a 227 dollar bill because my exams weren’t a year apart so my insurance covered 0.. this would all have been avoided if Sanford saved my prescription when I bought materials in 2018.. Sanford cares more about that 227 dollars then retaining me as a client. Also love how Sanford calls 6 months of contacts a year supply so insurance only covers 6 months worth instead of the full year...

I was treated well. Very helpful staff. I love my new glasses. I had a very small copayment but it was very worth it

The assistants and doctors were wonderful, nice, and helpful. They made me feel welcomed and were also pretty quick. I would definitely recommend this optometry to others.
