Ignorant people in the office, they're not helpful at all. The pharmacy called in my meds on Mon, still not approved on Fri, so much for their 72 hrs.. Apparently now the doctors office uses common core math in order to determine if or when they're going to provide you with your LIFE SAVING MEDICATIONS. Time to fire these people and find a new doctor.

Hours suck, didn't notice chip in frames before I got home.

While the facility boasts top notch equipment and decent staff, I have suffered some pretty negative experiences here with the business practices and billing. First of all, the doctors in residency don't seem to know what the tests cost and since they learning, they like to experiment on you and run every test they have even if they are not necessary. In my first experience here I was sat down in front of various high tech gadgets and given many tests, many that were quite unpleasant, that were later deemed unnecessary by Patient Advocacy after I raised hell about the bill I got for $3,000. All I wanted was contacts. After a lengthy dialogue with Patient Advocacy, they refunded about 1/2 of my money. Fast forward 6 months, after recovering financially, I am at CEI to get a scleral lens fitted, I am told that the fitting will be $500 and the lens will be about $475. I pay for the lens during my visit. I then get a bill in the mail for $1000 for the fitting. There is a pretty big difference between 500 and 1000. Again, the doctors are out of touch with billing, this time telling me things that aren't true. Add to this that the doctor repeated a $50 test that I had just had 6 months prior, it was clearly unnecessary. I will be filing with PA again to get this taken care of. I am giving them a 2 star review because I feel that they are making a lot of money by abusing the patient/doctor trust and likely taking advantage of people who may not be aware of it. The culture seems to be that they use you for research for their residency docs, and they make you pay for it, so they clean up nicely at the end of the day.

Doctor & Staffs were very kind and supportive. Dr Stewart has explained very well in detail & clarified our queries. We have also received the glass/frame within the mentioned date, overall we really appreciate their service. Thank you so much.

Been seeing Dr. Stewart for the past three years. So far it's been pleasant. I have had several incidents where I needed to be seen asap and his office brought me in immediately. Great patient care, Dr. Stewart definitely cares about his patients and Cindy is a sweetheart. She's too always takes care of my family and I. I would recommend.

Clean and very large. This is a city all of its own and every staff I've experienced with are extremely nice.

Dr. Sable is the most professional and patient doctor I have been to in years. He just did cataract surgery on both of my mothers eyes and her vision is better and clearer than ever. I would highly recommend him.

Went there yesterday for the first time, didn't have an issue at all. Got right in for my appointment, the technician (whose name escapes me) was very friendly, we talked about our families, and were even joking around. Very nice guy! The Doctor (Dr. Reed) was prompt and very nice as well! He heard me out and we figured out why I've been having some issues. No complains so far!

Dr. Aspasia Draga was my surgeon for cataract surgery. She was a recommendation and I was especially frightened because of vision losses in my family. Dr. A. Draga, every member of her staff, the surgical team, is unbelievably efficient and compassionate and professional. I have completed both eye surgeries with perfect vision and no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this Group for anyone looking for truly caring medical professionals.
