Best experience in 40 yrs of wearing glasses. Excellent customer service!

Getting in to see the Dr is easy, convenient, and they take most insurances. The Dr is friendly and efficient. The staff at the front desk are horrid. I needed to change the brand of my contacts and get a copy of my new prescription. It took me weeks to get it. The girls at the reception desk were rude, judgemental, and mouthy to say the least. I was lied to about the Drs availability and hours and hung up on when i asked to speak with someone else or management. If you can get to the Dr. all should be good. If not, take your parent patience, good luck.

Comfortable waiting room. Clean, well lighted. Ophthalmologists, optometrist, technicians and front desk personnel treated me well. Overall very professional and up to date practice.

They are very kind and helpful in finding the best glasses. They are very patient with children and flexible with appointments, which is the best thing for me since I can't miss work. I highly recommend this place; the quality of the lenses is excellent. I have no complaints; they are very good.

A honest owner who puts his customers first. He told my mom that she didn't need to spend $40.00 on a pair of covering sunglasses when her existing sunglasses were doing a perfectly fine job. They were scratched from a fall but were otherwise functional.

Came to get my eyes checked here and the prescription the doctor gave me was completely wrong. I called to see what they could do to fix it and they said there was nothing they could do. I am never going back and do not recommend it.

I saw Dr Capoor. She was nice and seemed very knowledgeable. My complaint is I was told to be there 15-20 minutes prior to my appointment to do paperwork. I was there about 30 minutes early. Then my appointment came and passed. After sitting there waiting for an hour and half, one hour past my appointment, I was called back. In total I sat back there in total 45 minutes alone. It took about 15 minutes total for the exam and for my file to be updated. So I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours for a 15 minute exam.
