My son and I came here for exam, glasses, and contacts. It was a female practitioner. Worst eye exam ever! She relied on the automatic machine's assessment. Didn't conduct her own to verify. Gave my son contacts. Did not look in his eyes after he put contacts in. Don't go here for exam. Just buy your glasses and contacts.

My entire family goes here.... Dr. Nguyen is awesome and her staff does a great job helping us find glasses. If you need an eye doctor, we highly recommend Direct Eyecare!!

Easy access to the clinic. Staff very courteous, doctors are personable, attentive and listens to you.

Great staff, from the front desk, throughout the whole office, everyone is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in their jobs. I would highly recommend using the Providence location! Dr. Morrow is very helpful and informative regarding my daughter's medical issues, his techs are great too!

The doctor didn't explain any changes in my prescription. I had to ask HIM what kind of contacts he gave me for the trial pair. Offered no help when stating that I couldn't see anything without my contacts in. Find somewhere else to go. Walmart did a much better job.

Dr. Kelly is fantastic, and the gals in the Optical Center are always such a joy to work with when shopping for new glasses!

Beware: Optometry in the same building is not affiliated with Costco and does not take insurance of any kind. Costco Vision Center just provide glasses and lens but not the eye exam. The optometry at this location is separate business in same Costco building. Hope this will help someone.

I'm having an allergic reaction in my eye. Its burning like crazy! I went in to see them today and they prescribed me an eye drop medication. I went to pick it up a few hours later (when work would allow) and the pharmacy said nothing had been called in. Now the clinic is closed (30 min earlier than posted) and I'll have to suffer another night. I'm done. This is the second time they've forgotten to call in my prescriptions. Completely a waste of money today. I'm finding a new clinic.

I'm very satisfied I found this eye doctor. I never seen a doctor before that can help threat my symptoms by using this very special glassess to help me with the light sensitivity. My glasses helps me calm now because my eyes isn't bothering me anymore. I'm very thankful for this.
