Will never pick up. Always closed or someone on lunch or break. Terrible communication. Wasted days trying to schedule an eye appointmentTook my business elsewhere. Sam's club responded in 3 mins. Will never try them again.

I've been seeing Dr. Semmel since I was a kid. He and his staff are wonderful!

I called for an appointment about 1630. The office closes at 5 pm. I was just on hold the whole time with the message: We are are having heavy volume calls at this time, please continue to hold. Really? or no one just wants to answer the phone at this time. This is not the first time it happened.

This is a great place. The doctors are professional and friendly

The staff at the front desk is very unprofessional and they treat you like they are better then. you. Management should really get a whole new set of staff members to run the reception area in the front. They don't know how to treat their clients. They are rude and wont be coming back here again. and will be putting in a formal complaint....!

There Office isn't open often. You can't get anyone on the phone. They don't keep good records.

I have so many good things to say about this place! The customer service is phenomenal and Doctors Steven and Alan Jackson are extremely knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner. Dr Steve Jackson performed surgery on both of my eyelids and I wouldn't trust anyone else to perform the same surgery. I've been going to Cottonwood Eye & Laser Center for 11 years and unless I move away from Utah, I don't plan on it changing any time soon.

Please do not go here. They don't have the knowledge to code it properly. I went for a physical, they did an additional service which they didnt tell me. They coded it different and I lost the 500 dollar benefit from my insurance and I …
