Saturday the 20th. All the other times that I've been the have been wonderful this visit was enough to make me never come back. The respsontist was so rude and offensive.

Amazing team, very professional, skilled and dedicated!

We are very pleased with the outcome of our daughter's cleft lip repair. Dr. Lukash and his staff were very friendly and reassuring through the whole process. I know that we couldn't have chosen a better doctor for her. It meant so much to us that he called multiple times every day after the surgery to check on her and make sure she was comfortable and eating and healing properly.

Dr Lukash is AMAZING. One of the best doctors i’ve ever went to. So warm, genuine and honest. He took all the time i wanted when i went for my consultation. I was very nervous and still went back to him multiple times and now getting surgery with him, he made it SO natural and i got so many compliments ! He really changed my life in such a positive way I would 100% recommend !!!!! His staff was amazing and so friendly. he even called multiple times to make sure i was okay!

The OD was good, very detailed and efficient. The receptionist treat customers like enemies. I won’t go there anymore

I brought my 5 year old hoping this office would accommodate her. The staff and Dr were very friendly and patient with my daughter. My daughter will now need to wear glasses. Thankful Dr wants to do a follow up appt to make sure her prescription is as accurate as possible. I plan to bring my other children now

My wife wears glasses, so we got her prescription filled here. We already had the frames, but she needed new lenses. They have to mail the frames of to get the new lenses in, but it is very cheap. The new lenses work great, and my wife still has the frames that she loves. I would highly recommend.

This place is almost impossible to get hold of if you are having problems with anything they did. Dr. Tueng T. Shen did cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The first eye, everything went fine, and is still fine, but even then I had problems getting hold of anyone who could answer a question I had about the medication after surgery. In addition, for every appointment I had there except one, I had to wait 20 or more minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. Once I had to wait 40 minutes and then of course they rushed me through. The second eye - well, now I'm having problems with it. I've been trying to get hold of Dr. Shen or her assistant now for two days. Always get told I will be transferred to their "Care Team," but they never answer and there's no way to leave a message, so I get routed back to the phone answering staff, who tell me they will try to get me to the "Care Team" and round and round we go. Sorry UW Medicine, there are many providers in this area, we don't need to live with your awful patient care.

They are the BEST. I travel from western NH to be treated by Dr. Hedges and Dr. Duker and have never been sorry.

Dr Henderson is very thorough and very easy to talk too. The staff is warm and welcoming.
