This is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL medicinal offices I have ever encountered! I was scheduled TWICE for appointments when they were CLOSED! Once on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 2 PM! I did not receive a cancellation call that they were closed (could have been due to bad weather) when I called because I could see them, she tells me I WAS NOT SCHEDULED. Appointment rescheduled for today, Monday, January 9, 2017 at 8:15 AM, I get up to get my toddler ready and we arrive at 8 AM, they are CLOSED and do not open until 8:30 AM. As I was speaking with the security guard for the building, he advises one of the ladies that worked there was entering. I asked this heifer politely "Ma'am how is it possible that one can be scheduled for an appointment at 8:15 and you don't open until 8:30," and she kept walking and did not acknowledge me! Now, I have supported this business for many years and I am very disappointed to see that they have employed unorganized, unprofessional and disrespectful employees. His services are NOT cheap, either. If it were not for the clients, he would have NO business; and with my business, I help compensate your salary. Now, if one doesn't know something, simply state something but to keep walking is completely disrespectful and should not be tolerated!

They have really affordable frames that are really nice. All kinds of brands. The ladies that work there are also very sweet and helpful. Definitely a hidden gem when it comes to vision centers.

Very pleasant staff. Thorough examination and wide selection of eyeglasses. They also accept Adena VSP. Prices seem competitive with other providers in the surrounding area.

Had an appointment at 8:20 and was told that there were 6 people still ahead of me at 9Am. How is that possible when the office was open 20 minutes prior to my appointment? I heard them give multiple people the same appointment time with the same doctor. On top of that my prescription wasn't at the pharmacy after they ensured me that they called it in. This place is a real mess.

Dr. Taravati and her team are top-notch. They all made time to answer my numerous questions, explained all the procedures that I would be having today, Dr. Taravati explained in detail all my surgical and non-surgical options, everyone demonstrated professional behavior at all times, and were all supportive, caring and kind. Thank you for a positive experience. Yes, there was a bit of a wait before my appointment (about 15 mins) but the staff was aware there were patients waiting and made time to keep us updated.

I have been going to Dr. Marmar since I was a teenager. When I moved, I started going to Atlanta Eye Consultants BIG MISTAKE that could've cost me my vision!!! Dr. Marmar is kind, pleasant, thorough and the absolute BEST Opthalmologist in Georgia, who genuinely cares about his patients. And his staff is amazing as well! He is a life saver and a true blessing. I don't care how far I have to travel to get the best care...Dr. Marmar will always be my first choice when it comes to my vision because it is far too precious. Rude staff when you call to schedule a simple appointment. They actually sigh when you call to schedule a simple annual physical. Also, be prepared your appointment time means only you cannot be late. I once waited two hours in the screening room for the doctor and that does not include time in the waiting room.
