I have been under the care of Dr Kouchouk at Lugene Eye Institute for almost a year and am very impressed with the attention I have received During this time I have had two successful cataract surgeries which were handled with professionalism and care Dr Kouchouk has a remarkable manner to his patients, he is attentive and understanding and takes time to explain everything in detail- I could not recommend him more. The other staff at Lugene are very efficient and friendly- it is a joy to visit the rooms

I recently had an appointment with Dr. O'Neill for laser treatment of my right eye. He was professional and kind. Everyone in his office were also professional and kind. The office setting was clean.

Dr. Kouchouk is a very good doctor! He was great during the surgery and gave excellent instructions during the surgery so I was able to understand him well.
