Dr. Crabtree was amazing. Explains in depth any questions. Office very professional. So glad my husband saw Dr. Crabtree. Dr. Crabtree did a in depth examination and even fixed my husband's retina tear

Extremely long wait time to see the doctor.

West Allis does, indeed, have the rudest office staff. The wait time is incredibly long. I would rather go blind in one eye then to see David Scheidt, OD again. He snapped at me when I asked what was wrong with my eye!

I started going to Wheaton Eye Clinic because I needed Cataract Surgery. I met with Dr. McIntyre, and was very pleased with him. His way of explaining the procedure was very easy for me to understand and he seemed to catch on quickly to all my concerns. He then met with me before the surgery to make sure I felt comfortable and was at easy. The surgery went well and he once again showed concern and compassion for my well being. I have gone to a few of their office locations and all the staff, except for one, seems to be just as concerned and friendly as the Doctor. Also, it seems that not only do they have a file with all my history and other important information but they actually read it too!

I’d give a 0 if I could, worst eye Dr I’ve ever been too, left me in a room for an hour, super rude and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY. Just made an appointment through optimeyes and they’re great every time.

My ONLY complaint is my appointments are ALWAYS late. They are always running behind and I actually get in around an hour late. That being said, the staff is super nice and the doctor is fantastic. The doctor is never rushed, always very kind and has a great bedside manner. His very thorough and communication is fantastic. So all in all I seem to be willing to put up with the weight because I'm So Satisfied with the physician.

First off my son requires glasses, his broke. It took over 6 months to get a appointment for new pair. Then took a month to get them and then when we picked up we was told they dont fit them. First off how does that make since second off this will be our last visit to this place. Very bad office get it together.
