My mom had a very good experience with Dr. Futterman. She had her cataract surgery by him last October. Dr. Futterman was very professional, skillful, and attentive. The outcome was great and it definitely improved her quality of life. Thank you! Dr. Futterman.

The office is clean and the staffs are very attentive. The doctor explained the process well and if there are any issues you may have with your eyes he/she will provide treatment solutions. I appreciate the prompt response to my appointment. They are very careful regarding COVID. Mask is required when you visit their facility and they asked at the appointment scheduling time that you will be ok with it. Not too much glasses brands for selection. Overall, I am satisfied with the facility and the service.

I love the doctors, but I won’t return because of office staff. I was interrupted multiple times mid sentence. When I asked them to listen to what I was saying, they interrupted again. I was told they were busy with someone at their desk and didn’t need to hear me because the response would be the same, which should never ever happen. I was shocked. It’s flat out rude to interrupt like that and not show the patient enough respect to listen. It’s been a rough past few years and we all need a little grace and understanding. The supervisor was very kind, but I took my money elsewhere. Sad thing is I wanted an appointment for my husband too so they lost a returning and a new patient because of the way I was treated. It’s easy to be kind to people, treat them how you want to be treated.

Never coming back here again. Had my exam seen the doctor. Then he tells me to go pick out glasses and he'll be right there. 30 minutes and nothing. Everybody just keeps walking by me not even trying to help!!

I went here hoping to be treated for lingering symptoms of pinkeye and they told me to call back in a week if treatment A didn't work, so a week later I called twice within a 48 hour span, was told twice they would call me back, and they never did. Totally dropped the ball and ignored my repeated requests for help.

The first time I brought my husband to his appointment we had to wait almost 2 hours after our appointment time to been seen. We spent 3 hours in this office only to be told that the diagnosis would need us to come back on another day to see a different doctor. Now, we return today to see that doctor and have once again been waiting in the waiting room for over an hour in a half past our appointment time. It’s totally unacceptable to expect people to spend their entire day waiting to be seen because you over book appointments! Horrible scheduling and management process!

Dr. Chan is very kind, patient and helpful. He visited My parents last month they can’t speak English well, Dr. help them and they were very grateful. Today, I got the glasses, when I got there store was closed but Dr. Was still there he opened the door and accepted us very warmly and friendly. Sorry Dr. To bother you after hours and thank you so much.
