Very rude women working behind the counter. Unprofessional, didn't great me with a smile or ask how I was doing. They all act as if they hated their jobs. After trying to setup an appointment I couldn't take the Unprofessional attitude and walked out. Can't said anything about the Dr. but I can say he needs to get some friendly and professional counter help. I will not be going back, he just lost a customer because of the three mean looking, mean acting and unprofessional women!

Is it because the business is so good and there are too many patients, so the manager can be rude? Very bad experience.

I have been a patient of Dr.Ratchford for many years and always have a great experience. The office is clean and the staff very nice. Patients are called with appointment reminders and an automated message with a birthday greeting adds a caring touch. From check-in to the last task of setting your next annual appointment, everyone is pleasant and the eye care is thorough and comprehensive. I have a double appointment for contacts at general eye health, both Dr kjellen and Dr Ratchford are top notch. I am so glad my coworker referred me many years ago and highly recommend Ratchford Eye Center for your eye care.

Ophthalmologist Arthika Chandramohan is rude, unprofessional & lies a lot. She always recommend you to do cataract surgery even though you are a 70 year old and in a very early stage of cataract that doesn't affect your daily activities.She doesn't look at your situation. She assess you to figure out how many possible claims she could put through medicare, based on your assessment.AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!!

Tried to make appointment but can’t and not responding. Got a triage nurse line appointment person to respond. After 3 days… but not really a triage nurse… said he walked over to the appointment person personally and talked to and was supposed to get a call back today… didn’t happen. Also he didn’t really put me on hold and never heard him talk to anyone just random voices in background. Also can’t make an appointment through regular uw medical hospital line

Very quick and professional service! Michelle at the front desk is super sweet and personable. All of the staff are quick to get back with you and take the time to listen to your concerns. Extremely pleased with their services!!!
