This place is good. I always get great information when my annual exams are conducted and they are very generous with their samples. I have been with them since 2010.

Doc Loven is extremely efficient without being cold or unfriendly. I would recommend him to anyone in the waco area.

Today I had an appointment at 8:45 am to see my primary doctor per ER recommendation. So I called the front desk lady at approximately 8:15am to let her know that I was on my way and I unfortunately was unable to print out the new patient form. I politely asked her if I would be able to fill one out while in the office.She straight up told me no. This place isn’t compassionate and caring at all. I refuse to reschedule. I will be changing practices soon after my labor and delivery. I regret not reading the reviews. Lesson learned. That Receptionist needs training. She is very cold, rude and has a bad attitude. Very miserable lady.

Dr Jana Bregman is the most unprofessional Dr I have ever been to. She was extremely dismissive, rude and borderline argumentative while never actually addressing any of my concerns after over an hour of being there. This woman had a very catty and sarcastic demeanor about her and if you are planning on visiting this facility I would HIGHLY recommend reconsidering and finding someone else. I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review for anyone but I really felt strongly that this needed to be said because I left this facility very upset with my experience and with none of my concerns addressed or taken seriously. If I could give a zero for this lady I would.

Dr. Thao was very kind. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and I'm very happy with my experience. I'm so glad I found this practice, and I highly recommend it!

Took hubby here. For check up on his eye site. He has Retinaitis Pigmentosa or R.P.

I've been seeing Dr. Bloom for many years and he is absolutely wonderful and truly the only eye doctor I trust! His staff is very polite and friendly. Office is beautiful and clean!

Dr. Lukash was unprofessional, impatient and obnoxious as he berated his assistant, while she and I tried to calm down/hold my toddler while he took out a few stitches that I had to fix after he quickly left the room. Had he stayed in the room for another minute of berating his assistant and being impatient with my child I would’ve smacked him in his face. I would never go to this doctor ever regardless of any injury I’ve ever had in my life.

The Staff is amazing! I love all of the medical staff in person. Yes I’ve often had a wait but they are always extremely busy and deal with the most complex eye issues throughout the Pacific Northwest. THEY ARE EYE SPECIALIST so be prepared to wait. I’ve been seen here at least once a month for the last year and 1/2 and the behavior of some of the patients to staff members because they felt they waited to long is shocking and inexcusable. Thank You all for your amazing care and attention. It is very appreciated:)

Have never had a bad experience here . Always polite & curious !! BothnMy Husband & Son have ordered glasses from them . My Husband had custom glasses made for work & Our Son has prescription glasses.
