After a 1:30 pm apt 6:15 pm came upon us so me sitting in a waiting room with hundreds of others for hrs I was told at 5:30 to go into a room I sat there till 6:15 till I had to leave to pick up my child I came to the front desk no one was there except security........ I then got a bill still blind from an accident and they now sent me to collections for a room visit and a separate doctor visit. Lol

Great Doctor and nursing staff very knowledgeable about all types of issues

Incredibly thorough eye exam and the staff and Dr. Tsai are so nice. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

We love Dr. Zieman and the staff. I am also really impressed with the short wait. I have had appointments scheduled for early and late afternoon and always there is a very short wait. The only thing I would change would be fore a few more options with the glasses selection.

I read some of the prior reviews and my experience getting my glasses ordered was quite the opposite. We will see once i get the glasses but I suspect if there is an issue they will take care of it according to the guidelines of their warranty and in the friendly fashion I was sold the glasses. The people working there were knowledgeable and friendly and when there was some hiccups trying to get thru to my insurance they maintained professionalism and calm and let me know the next day that everything was taken care of. My experience is that normally the people that tend to write the scathing reviews have unreal expectations and are looking to cause issues to get something for free or to lay blame on someone else due to them not wanting to take responsibility for their part in the interaction.

Best vision place ever

So the doctor's and staff where nice after they made me cry. I feel like they didn't believe me when i clearly had a referral to be seen by them. Once the technician or what ever they was realised he made me cry he changed his whole demeanor and tone.
