Very rude front staff. My insurance only shows this place to go and entire staff including doctor super unprofessional. I would go drive really far to go to a better place.

We love Eye Concepts and have been going as a family for years. Absolutely the best service, knowledgeable, helpful, and always incredibly friendly.

Dr Reiter did cataract surgery on me and wife with excellent results and no complications at all. He also did a brow lift on me to improve my vision.His skill in plastic surgery is excellent with absolutely no scarring at all. I highly recommend Dr. Reiter

So I can't say that I was seen here because to be honest I don't think they care for new patients. I called to request pricing on a glaucoma initial consultation. I have to say the receptionist was really nice and she seemed like she truly wanted to help. The problem came when I wanted to know how much money I needed to bring for this appointment they couldn't tell me a price range. If you're paying out of pocket don't expect a credit card. I want to pay in cash and need to know how much to bring. According to the receptionist the doctors could not give me an estimate because it's based on the patient's need. Granted I understand, but I still need a price range on how much to bring. Again, receptionist was extremely helpful and professional but you could tell whoever was her higher up just couldn't care less. So if you're paying out of pocket find somewhere else. This place doesn't seem to care to tell their employees the correct information therefore the receptionist could not help me overall.
