Very happy !!!!!

I got an appointment in less than a week, only waited ~20 mins in the lobby before being called in. Vanessa is very professional and bubbly despite nursing a headache. Dr. Perez explained every finding clearly and was very easy to talk to.

Dr Shutt is kind, explains things in detail, listens to your concerns and his nurse is straightforward & knows her job well. I highly recommend Dr Shutt to anyone needing an eye doctor.

Went in to get glasses for work and took forever to find one tray that actually contained safety glasses, then picked some out. Asked twice if they were covered, was assured they were. Ten minutes after leaving got a call telling me they were not covered and I had to come back again. Given fax number to fax my prescription to them from the place I usually go, was given the wrong fax number. A simple visit has turned into a all day ordeal..will never go back given the choice

I am going for a visit tomorrow (Mon Sept 16, 2019) and I'm not hopeful, but keeping an open mind. I have called several times and asked questions that never got answered (regarding how many times the doctor had done this procedure, etc). I asked how many times the doctor had completed this procedure and people were rude to me, the question was never answered and promises for return phone calls were never followed up on. In fact I tried to schedule an appointment all the way back in May 2019. I spoke with someone named Kerine on July 15th who looked through my records and admitted that while the referral, etc. had gone through--no one had logged a call back to me to schedule an appointment. I told them then that I didn't feel the least bit cared for. I finally secured this appointment for 10AM tomorrow so we'll see what happens. I was never able to find out how many times Dr. Christopher Chambers had performed this surgury, which was one of my first questions.

GREAT SERVICE, DR RAUL MASVIDAL WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. EXCELLENT DOCTOR, CARING.

Carlos understands customer service. Going beyond the expected. If healthcare industry professionals from providers to payers and everyone in between had the level of dedication, effectiveness, and professionalism that Carlos exudes we would not have a healthcare crisis but more like a utopia.

They are the best professional, technical, friendly and price reasonable in the the business.

I had a recent visit here and the receptionists were very kind and polite. The nurses and doctors were too. Mine was a wellness exam and I was happy with the service provided. The wait time for the doctor was about 15 min after the nurse finished with the vitals etc. The doctor did spend sufficient time and answered all my questions too.

I had a 3:30 appointment for my son and got to see the doctor at 5:40. UK should be ashamed to have their name associated with a place that is run so poorly! It was beyond ridiculous. My wife was told that they run behind daily. Running a clinic in that manner is completely unacceptable.

This place is a joke, go somewhere else they canceled my appointment without telling me and the Doctor went home. What a joke
