The staff along with the doctor were pleasant and informative. The prep before the test was educational and necessary. The exam itself was great and the doctor explained all that he did and why he did certain tests. My overall experience was excellent. I wil definitely refer my friends and family.

My visit to LensCrafters Hunt Valley Town Center was a refreshing surprise. Everyone there was very friendly, professional, and sincere. The eye exam was comprehensive and state of the art. Dr. Michael Andreaggi was thorough and informative without me feeling rushed. In all my experiences with eye care this was by far the best. A pat on the back for all for a job well done.

The worst experience I have ever had when it comes to a eye exam. The exam started at 4:45. Was asked to get there 15 minutes early. The exam lasted more than a hour. And waited another hour for the prescription. And the young man working in the store is going to tell me to be patient give him a moment. WHAT!!! We been waiting for a prescription for a hour. Unacceptable will not be coming back to this location maybe not even another Lenscrafters

Great experience at this location. The service person was really helpful with helping me choose the frames and my needs with lenses. I purchased 3 prs of glasses. Can’t wait to get them! Will definitely use Visionworks again.

I had an exceptional experience at this Visionworks location. lamonte was extremely helpful, polite, personable and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, assisted me with all insurance issues and knew the ins and outs of his job. I highly recommend this location, they take very good care of their customers.

Over-all Visionworks is "okay". However, I want to do a shoutout about the employee at this location, Lamont! Lamont is an awesome employee for Visionworks and provides excellent customer service. He is patient and looks out for the best interest of the customer, which seems to be difficult to find these days. There have been times I was in the office and things were very busy and hectic for Lamont, but he kept his cool and was very patient and professional. I would definitely give him four stars!!!!

I've been going to a MyEyeDr for a few years and they take care of their customers. The doctors are very thorough in the exams and discuss and care for your eye health in addition to just getting a prescription out the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor at this location was knowledgeable and kind. If your new prescription makes your head hurt or needs adjusted, they are really good about getting it changed to be the best prescription for you with adjustments or re-testing. There's a large selection of frames in various price ranges.

Customer service tips: When making an appointment for a new patient, verify all contact information! My daughter was lumped under my husbands account with my husbands contact information. Our appointment was cancelled because we never answered calls to verify that we made an appointment. Sucks that so many people must not keep appointments that someone's job is to "play mommy" and make sure everyone is keeping their appointments and cancelling if they can't get in touch. Finally, maybe a little more empathy over the phone instead of flatly stating your policy over and over like you hate your job. My family is happy to find another place.
