Excellent surgeon, excellent person

I would trust no one else

At this point if I could give 0 stars I would. We drove 1.5 hours to the ER for what we were told would be emergency surgery by the Chief of Surgery. We get here and are seen by a resident who then has to have a fellowship review what he looks at. Who then has to call and talk to someone else… it’s just a big run around. After torturing my kid for hours they send us home to come back at 8am even though this is an emergency issue and affecting the only eye he has vision in. We arrive at 7:40 in the parking garage and get a call that they pushed him to 10am. I inform them that we are here and he asks if there’s anything else he can do. Again, the resident has to do the dirty work.We have yet to see an actual doctor or surgeon so I can’t even rate their work. Beyond mad would be an understatement.

Shelby at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. Then, Dr. Priscilla Kuo examined me, and I was very satisfied with her services. I recommend them.

After a mediocre service with another local eye center, I decided to try Sabates Eye Center. Not knowing what to expect, I went in with an open mind. The reception area was wide open and approachable. Having the kiosk was a great benefit …

Waited for couples months, called many times and could never reach the scheduler but leaving voicemail but they never called back. I realized not only me but lots of people here going through same thing. Dont wait time with this ucsf. Go elsewhere

Been trying to schedule a FOLLOW UP appointment over 1.5 months now. All I got is a round around or total silence. Don’t go there unless you like to wait forever or never. Just awful. And forget about calling Patient advocacy for help. They don’t do anything including returning calls! Patients have no recourse to get help at all! My last visit there, I was the only patient so I don’t understand about them being “busy”

Staff is rude and impatient with people. Always rushing you out and god forbid you ask any questions to the staff or Doctor. Will never go back or refer anyone to his practice.
