The wait is ridiculous and very unnecessary. Office is never appealing and half of the staff are personable and professional. Dr. Jones is nice. But there is better out here

I honestly can’t believe after 4 hours my mom is still waiting for final evaluation by the doctor!! This clinic is not run efficiently and during this time with Covid , they should try to get patients in and out much sooner.. no such luck . Very disappointed in the way this facility operates and we will not be returning .

Called to make appt at Waco eye assoc., for grandfather to be seen. Told them he went to Brazos eye clinic, got cataract surgery, weeks later was still blurry. Returned to them, they seen nothing wrong in the exam, however, vision is still blurry in both eyes. Went to different doctor, Central Tx eye clinic. Got one eye done over. Now calls go to answering machine. Left message at least 3 separate times. No call back. Lucky enough for them to answer phone, made appt, said they will call back with surgery date and time (normal procedure) NO CALL BACK. Not a problem with procedure or doctor, just a hard time scheduling. NOW I’ve called Waco Eye Assoc, they will now see him since he’s seen other doctors. OMG!!! It’s not like we didn’t try to return to the doctor that did the surgery. They just will not answer phones or return calls!! What’s one to think?

Overall solid experience. You can tell they want to deliver the best experience for you. Very thorough with my exam and answers and questions in detail. Clean office and modern equipment.

The Dr. while conducting the exam treated me arrogantly. I had a lot of problems with my recipe.

Great customer service

I am so glad I chose eleven optometry!! I had a quick eye exam with no wait time, that was thorough and addressed all of my concerns! Some additional benefits were how fast my glasses arrived after my appointment, how easy it was to utilize my insurance, and how phenomenal the front desk staff is! I will definitely be returning and would recommend Dr. Park to my friends and family.

Casey Eye Institute is a real bummer. They are expensive and although they are considered preferred providers of my insurance, they figured out a way to not accept any insurance payment for my medical lenses. They claim that a different department bills for the actual medical lenses and that this other department is not a preferred provider. This means I have to pay the full cost of the lenses, even though both the prescribing physician and the clinic is a preferred provider. This seems like a scam to me. That’s just my opinion of course. This also felt unethical to me (another opinion), so I’ve decided not to return. Instead I found another doctor to prescribe my Scleral lenses.and he says that billing my insurance is no problem and that they will cover 90% of the costs. My advice: stay away from Casey Eye Institute- at least their medical lens department.

Dr. John Latona and his staff offer the very best in eye-care and glaucoma management. I’ve been a patient for more than 10yrs, and I’m so glad I was referred to him. He has truly helped save my vision.
