Dr. Harkins was great! He answered all of my questions, was pleasant and professional. I had difficulty scheduling my appointment however. I was 6 weeks postpartum after gestational diabetes. I was referred by my OB due to flashes in my peripheral vision. The office told me I had no medical reason for an exam, they don’t accept vision insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for my appointment. I had my doctor resend the referral indicating the medical reasons for my visit and gave my medical insurance information. On the day scheduled, I paid my co-pay and sat uncomfortably, forced to listen to the front office staff loudly complain about the patients until my appointment time. A month later, I received a bill for the full amount of my visit indicating no medical reason for my exam. I decided not to schedule the follow up visit recommended by Dr. Harkin. Disappointing experience.

Very pleased with our visit and exam. We were greeted and everything was explained. A young lady who first worked with us was pleasant and when Dr. Jon worked with us he answered all our questions during the eye exam in a way we could understand and went into great detail to make sure all our questions were answered. The cost was very economical and the exam was professional and thorough.

Consistently have to wait at least half an hour before your scheduled appointment to be seen. This office always over books appointments and the waiting room is frequently full. The staff is very friendly, but the wait is killer. Do not make any others plans because you will be in the office for over an hour.

Absolute miss management of patients time and poor service by the care provider. Facilities are dated and run down. Waiting room furniture is worn and tattered. 2+ hour wait for “AN APPOINTMENT”…… Plenty of excuses and absolutely zero care given to address their issues. STRONGLY recommend you use a different provider.

My daughter has doctor M. Bradley. She is the best, absolutely wonderful. But I get so annoyed when I have to sit for at least two if not three hours everytime I come in here. They always overbook but today the had a cancelation so I thought just maybe it would go quicker this time.......NOT.

Nothing but people inside that are disrespectful and make you wait really unprofessional.

I loved this eye institute as they are always on top of it. Dr. Kouchouk is simply wonderful. He performed my cataract surgery which was absolutely perfect. He is not only a great doctor he is a very caring and attentive person. I will highly recommend this doctor in a heartbeat.

Great service. Everything done in a timely and friendly manner. Up to this point the surgery was flawless. Highly recommended.
