We have been going to see Dr.Ogata for about 6 years and I wouldn’t change a thing they are all amazing.

Had a glacouma test; they NEVER told me the results! May GOD Have Mercy On them.

I had blethroplasty done by Dr. Steele. In Oct. 2021. I am so very happy with the outcome. Dr. Steele is kind, caring and an excellent Dr. The staff is friendly and just awesome. I would recommend Casey Eye Clinic to all my family and friends. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I had a very strange experience, and I left not knowing whether I was near sited, or far sited, nor did I receive confirmation that I had astigmatism. I never confirmed that I could see 100% at any point in the exam before I was handed a prescription ( so I'm still not sure how an eye exam is supposed to go). As someone mentioned, I will echo: "the gentleman serving me was minimally polite. After picking up my glasses I could not see clearly." Also, I was not offered any help figuring out a PD (which you need to buy glasses), even though the exam scheduled was specifically an 'eyeglass' exam and not a contacts exam. In the end, my glasses prescription is OK but not great and I paid more than other places for the exam. The frames at Costco were not appealing, and as a female with a slightly-wider-than-average face I only had 'male' frames to choose from so I had to take my prescription elsewhere, knowing nothing about what I needed, aside from a piece of paper in my hand. Giving this place 2 stars because scheduling was easy, and prescription does the job (though it is not great).

Although wait times can seem long, patients get their time with the doctor too. Dr Jones is professional, has a great personality, and extremely knowledgeable in his chosen field. Would not hesitate to follow his instructions or suggestions!

Dr Thimmons is very warm and personable. He gives you his utmost attention, addresses all your questions to your satisfaction. Even though he is not in my network, I would rather pay extra for all the services that I receive. The whole office has friendly and welcoming staff. I would recommend him to everyone, you will never go anywhere else after this place!!!

My wife was seen here recently and was very pleased with how professional and thorough the examining doctor was.

Been going to this same eye doctor since I was 18. I am now 47. I wrote a review when this issue happened but I guess it was removed. I went to my doctor's appointment earlier this year after a hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I was talked into getting some type of glaze over my glasses to shield the light. I had never had this light reflector on any of my glasses out of the 29 years I have been getting them. I figured it would be okay since the sales rep. recommended it. Anyway my glasses have blue rims and they put a green tinted on them. It clashed very hard with the blue frames. I called and let them know they were hideous. They told me to bring them in. They added another color on top of the green. Instead of taking the green off they added purple on top of it. So now I have a greenish purple tint on my glasses that I can see the glare from at certain angles when I am outside. Not very good for a person who needs to see. I called and spoke with the secretary. she was very rude. I told her I was coming up there to get a refund as I am not paying for rude customer service and my glasse are ugly. I got up there and Dr. Arensburgs wife threatened to call the police on me I have never been so humiliated. I was not rude or aggressive and have been coming here for 29 years and my kids went here. So I guess this is how you treat a long term customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Can’t get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. They are booking out 6 months... who’s running this place?

Great office! A special thank you to Karen for helping my husband who drove an hour in traffic to get there by closing. Thank you for going the extra mile and getting him his glasses!

It's so unfortunate that I have to leave a review because Dr Niles himself was phenomenal. I didn't have an issue whatsoever with the treatment, but when it came time for billing the nightmare occured. The billing manager Dawn and office manager dragged out a billing error over 4 weeks when a simple correction to a code was all that was needed. I was reminded several times over several phone calls that they have been doing this for 20-28 years and haven't had billing issues before. For $350 I'll pay the bill to save myself the headache and find treatment elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
