I've been a patient at Aran Eye Associates for many years and I'm very satisfied, especially these last two or three years at Dr. Más Vidal's office. The staff is wonderful and the office is very convenient for me. I had an emergency appointment yesterday and they took excellent care of me.

WOW! Had an appointment at 3 and the doctor didn’t see me until 4:30!! I think I waited even longer the last time. Ridiculous!

Nice having such a caring professional take care of you

Dr Chan is always super friendly and upbeat, and is always completely up front and very fair about costs of anything. My insurance changed and I can no longer go out of network to be with him but I wish I could go back!

I saw Dr Taylor Ficek and received a thorough exam and could not have been more impressed. Remember you get what you pay for, do not spend a little less at any of these franchise eye shops.

After losing a couple of pairs of glasses prescribed by this office within the last few months, I'd decided to get some for computer use. I didn't make an appointment but since I had some errands to take care of in that area, thought I'd stop by since I was expecting it to be just a matter of them writing out a new prescription. As it turns out, Dr. Caballero said he would need to take some measurements and such, to make sure it was accurate. They took me in within an hour, I just ran around to do a couple of quick errands and went back. Dr. Caballero is wonderful. He takes his time and you don't feel rushed or that you're not being given the proper attention. The staff is good at customer service and very helpful.

Great experience. Dr. Ong and staff are very knowledgible and professional. I didnt have a appointment but they saw me right away as a walk in. Cant wait to get my new glasses. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a optometrist in the Alameda area.

I called and was able to make an appointment of my choice, once we arrived the place was very nice and cleaned we were greeted immediately..they were very friendly towards my 7yr old daughter who also needed glasses we were able to get our exam done and find our lenses in about an hour..the doctor and lady at the front desk was very professional and also friendly helped when needed lastly both our our glasses arrived before two weeks..Thanks For Such A Fast and Friendly Service! I Already Recommended Friends & Family!
