I love Dr. Lee in Orchard Park, but he has decreased his hours. I was forced to go to the Main street office. The staff was completely unprofessional. They left me in the waiting room for almost two hours without acknowledging that I was even there. The waiting room emptied of many patients who came in after me . And when I finally asked when I would be seeing a doctor I was told that he had two patients in rooms who would be seen before me. I could see into one of the rooms and that person came in After me. I was being ignored. So I left. I gave them another chance and made another appointment, I said something about it while I was there. The manager came out to speak with me. She was extremely hostile and rude. Trying to tell me that the staff was supposed to basically ignore me once I was waiting for the doctor and a two hour wait is completely normal. She acted like I was being unreasonable for being upset by this because I should know this is how the office runs. I was Never treated this way at the other office and I never had to wait that long either. And if this is how their office runs I don't know how they have stayed open so long. I will never go back there. If I can't see Dr Lee I will find a new specialist. They don't even deserve the one star that I gave, but it was the only way to comment on my experience.

I visited Howard’s Opthalmology office because of a chemical exposure to my eye. I was a walk-in patient, and spent about 3 hours of my time there. I thought that the Physician, Dr. Richard, was competent and very knowledgeable. Overall, I am happy with my visit and would recommend.

No answer for 12 minutes. I had a question about my medication. I called my Einstein Primary because my Einstein Neurologist never responds! My medical history contains stroke and seizures, and I can't be certain I'll hear back from any doctor! I simply have to leave Einstein - Any suggestions?

I would give six gold stars if I could! I have seen Dr. Gadlin, Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Johnson and they all are excellent doctors and especially nice people. Dr. Jacobs is always caring and has a great "bedside manner". Dr. Gadlin is very nice also and is always deeply interested in my well-being. Everyone on the staff is nice too. Especially Buzzy. They also should be recognized for donating their time and travels to poor countries to help improve people's vision who do not have access to a doctor. Lastly, the wait times are always minimal. You will not finish your magazine article:)
